Mission Statement

We, the Anthony V. Ceres Elementary School staff, in partnership with the parents and community of Perth Amboy, dedicate ourselves to create a safe, nurturing environment conducive to learning for all of our students. Through the application of standards-based instruction, students will achieve the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards through opportunities to develop independent learning skills, creative problem solving strategies, and a sense of responsibility while respecting the diversity of others. Instruction will be promoted, recognizing different learning modalities to foster individual success for all students to ensure that no child is truly left behind.
El personal de la escuela elemental Anthony V. Ceres, en sociedad con los padres y la comunidad de Perth Amboy, se dedica a crear un ambiente seguro, inspirado y conducente al aprendizaje de todos nuestros estudiantes. Con el uso de la instrucción estándar-basada, los estudiantes alcanzarán los estándares del contenido del plan de estudios de New Jersey con oportunidades de desarrollar habilidades de aprender independiente, estrategias de la solución de problemas creativa, y un sentido de la responsabilidad mientras que respetan la diversidad de otros.
