We, the Early Childhood Advisory Council believe that every Perth Amboy preschool child is entitled to a high quality early childhood educational program, providing a safe, supportive, learning environment offering opportunities for cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Working together with the school and community, we will reach out to eligible children and engage their families as partners.
