    Teaching Philosphy
My greatest reward as a teacher is witnessing the metamorphosis of students as they improve their skills in reading, writing and critical thinking throughout the year. Learning is a partnership. Everyday is an opportunity for us to learn something new. Students must actively participate in their learning by paying attention, studying and applying what they learned.
The stones students lay today will build the foundation of their future. Students must come to class prepared and excited to learn new things. Students should be proud of themselves for putting forth their best effort and constantly strive to improve in their studies. Education must be a priority in all of our students lives during school and at home. Learning should not stop for students at dismissal time; it is a life-long activity!
All students can be successful and build knowledge if they apply themselves. In class, students will be supported to reach their full potential. Students will be assisted in gaining the necessary tools to  become world thinkers, responsible citizens, and lifelong learners. We are a community of learners who rise and fall together with every success and failure. We are a TEAM and together everyone achieves more.
