Hello and welcome to PLP! My name is Mrs. Pawlyk and I am so happy to be working with you this school year. This is my fourth year of teaching and my second year in Perth Amboy. I recently moved to Staten Island, New York with my husband. We are both originally from Minnesota and are excited to be on such a wonderful and amazing journey. We have two dogs, Cooper and Obi, who keep us busy when we are not working. I attended and graduated from the Univeristy of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota with three degrees: a B.A. in English, a B.A. in German, and a B.S.ed in Middle School teaching. I have taught at the high school and middle school level and have even taught grades 6-12 in an online school. I love working at PLP and am so excited to be in such a welcoming and wonderful community.
