Middle School Transitional Bilingual/ESL Summer Program, Grades 6 - 8

Program Dates: July 7, 2025 - August 1, 2025

Location: William C. McGinnis Middle School

Time: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM 

Curriculum Focus: Language Arts and Mathematics 

Student Selection Criteria: The program is open to Multilingual Learners (ML) in Levels 1 and 2 who are in need of academic support based on district and state assessment data and teacher recommendation.

Description:

The Transitional Bilingual Education Summer Program offers children within the Perth Amboy Public School district in grades 6th through 8th grade the ability to enrich and expand their content area knowledge in literacy and mathematics in their primary language of Spanish.
