Mrs. Haley Karabinchak

Hello everyone! My name is Haley Karabinchak and I am a Preschool Inclusion Teacher at School #7 ECC. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology and anthropology from Rutgers University, New Brunswick Campus in 2014. I am currently working towards my master's degree in early childhood education in advanced teaching and curriculum from Kean University. I will be graduating with my master's degree in May of 2024. I have been working with children since I was a YMCA camp counselor in 2013. I have held various positions working with children in various capacities, such as being a camp counselor, infant/toddler teacher, preschool teacher, and paraprofessional in a self-contained autism program at a middle school. Despite the many roles I have had working with children over the last decade, my heart and passion has always been in educating preschool-aged children. Confucius once said, "If your plan is for one year, plant rice. If your plan is for ten years, plant trees. If your plan is for 100 years, educate children." I believe that the impact we have on young children will last their entire life, and that the work we do with them will help change society for the better hundreds of years from now. My goal as a preschool inclusion educator is to provide high-quality instruction for all of my diverse learners so that they can grow into their best selves in hopes that when they are adults they will be strong, caring leaders of our communities. I am so honored to be working in Perth Amboy and to service the amazing students and families that live in this multicultural community.
