Preschool is all about learning through play and experiences. We will on occasion send a special project to work on at home and send back in. The most important thing is that teachers and families work together and when that happens, the kids really flourish. Work on self-help skills at home, ask them about their day to encourage language and keep communication lines open with me so we can work on any issues that come up.
Here are some FAQs , feel free to ask any additional questions you might have and I will try my best to answer them!

What should I send for snack?
Posted by:A healthy snack is provided by the school every day. If you choose to send in your own snack, we suggest something small since our snack time falls at around 11am and lunch is at 12:15.

What is a study?
Posted by:We will spend 6–8 weeks on a "study" which is basically a theme. For example, last year we did a study on "Gardens", so many of our activities and lessons were based on that topic. By choosing specific topics, the learning is more varied and the children learn alot of great vocabulary in both languages.

What should I do if I need to take my child home early?
Posted by:Please let us know beforehand, the sooner the better. If something comes up last minute contact the office and they will get the message to us (we cannot always access dojo during the school day).
Also when picking up be sure to bring photo I.D.
