Homework is a necessary part of reinforcing skills that were previous learned which helps lead to a child’s academic success.  From Monday through Thursday I will be assigning homework.  Each child will be given a homework folder and homework assignment notebook.  Please take the time to assist your child with the assignment.  When the homework assignment is complete, please sign the homework assignment sheet.

 In reference to the homework folder, one side of the folder will read, “Leave Home” and the other side will state, “Take Back to School.”   I am requesting the “Take Home” side be emptied on a daily basis.  This will keep you informed on what your child is doing in class.  It also aids in keeping the folder organized.  This will be a great help.
