Hello, my name is Mrs. Rita Palangio and I am excited about beginning my eighth year of teaching at the Dr. Herbert N. Richardson 21st Century School. I am a graduate of Georgian Court College with a degree in Elementary Education K-6 and Special Education.  

I am equally excited to say that I will be entering my second year of co-teaching with my Fifth Grade colleagues, Ms. Emily Figueroa, Ms. Darlene Perez and Mr. James Kennedy.  I am looking forward to being part of this team and bringing the best educational experience to your children to make this a productive and exciting school year.
