A little about your teacher: After graduating from Perth Amboy High School in 2005 Ms. Rodriguez continued her schooling by attending Kean University's College of Education, where 5 years later she earned her bachelors degree in Elementary Education focusing in the area of Mathematics. In the fall of 2008 Ms. Rodriguez became a substitute for the Perth Amboy Board of Education where she got the chance to work with many age groups and learned that she had chosen the right career for herself. By February 2011 Ms. Rodriguez was given the opportunity to work as a intervention teacher for the F.A.I.R. program, which targets students struggling with mathematics academic skills. As of September 2011 she began her current position working with team 7-1 as a mathematics instructor. She is very enthusiastic and passionate about her career, loves sharing her knowledge and seeing her students excel in her 7th grade math class.
