No Child Left Behind LawThe No Child Left Behind Law was designed to make changes in teaching and learning that would help students achieve more in school. The law was also designed to afford parents greater decision making ability in regards to their child’s education. As per the NCLB Law and New Jersey Statutes, Title 18A: 36B, one such opportunity is entitled SCHOOL CHOICE.
