Welcome to your 2020-2021 school year!   As we all know, this school year is starting off like no other.  My name is Mrs. Kimberly Anderson and I will be your child's second grade teacher this year.  Please know that I am available to try and help with any questions that you may have along the way.  I am going to do my very best to try and make this an exciting and engaging year for our students, whether they are working with me face-to-face in school or virtually from home.  Let's work together and make this year the best it can be for the success of your children.  Below you will find some important information to help get your child started on their second grade journey.

Google Classroom:  

I’ve invited each of your children to join my Google Classroom page.  Please have them log in and accept the invitation as soon as possible, so that everyone is set and ready to begin on Tuesday, September 8th. Here is a link to the classroom in case you need it:  Patten - Anderson/Hayes Classroom

Please be aware that your child is responsible for signing into their homeroom teacher’s Google Classroom page at 8:35 AM each day. This is for attendance purposes and is also the way the students will be starting off each of their virtual school days.
