Welcome to my teacher page where it's all about me!

I have been working in Perth Amboy School district for 27 years. I have been extremely lucky to work with great supportive co-workers throughout my years here. I first started at Samuel E. Shull school and was there for 12 years and now have been at James J. Flynn school for 15 years. I came to the United States on December 28, 1991, and started as a gymnastics coach. During that time I had been a student at TCNJ, while also already having my Bachelor's degree from Ukraine. I met my husband once I was in the USA and we had two lovely girls! They are very supportive and love to travel. 

Why did I want to be a Physical Education Teacher and a gymnastics coach?

My mother had been coaching rhythmic gymnastics all her life. I started to take gymnastics classes when I was 5 years old. My mother was my first coach and was my role model throughout my life. I saw how she loved and took care of her students, which made me want to do the same. I loved being in the gymnasium and in the first grade I wrote that I would want to be a gymnastics coach and a Physical Education Teacher. 

I want to introduce my furry baby boy, Prime. He is now 6 1/2 years old, and he's just as energetic as when he was a small puppy. He always brings a smile to my face and always gives me love when I come home from work.
