My name is Ms. Johanna Roman and I am a Master Teacher here at Hmieleski. This is my fifth year here and I am very excited to be part of this amazing school. I have been in the education field for the past 12 years and look forward to many more. I gain my bachelor's degree in ESL Education from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. I continued to gain a Preschool through Third grade certification and a Master degree in Instruction and Curriculum in Bilingual/Bicultural Education from Kean University. My philosophy is that children have the ability to succeed academically and socially during their first school years. It is my honor to work along with the teaching staff to provide our students the necessary tools for them to succeed.
