Mrs. Maureen Bontempo

Hello Room 103 families! I am happy to introduce myself as your child's classroom teacher. My name is Mrs.Maureen, Maureen Bontempo. I have two wonderful paraprofessionals who work with your children as hard as I do, Ms. Wen. And Mr. Antionio. We are a great team! Just a little about myself: I have been a Perth Amboy district employee since September 2014. I hold the New Jersey Certifications in Special Education (Grades Preschool-12th Grade), General Education P-3 (Preschool to 3rd grade), and General Education Kindergarten-6th grade. My highest level of education is a Masters Degree from Monmouth University, in Early Childhood Education. My motto is learn to play; play to learn. Once children learn to play, their little minds grow in so many ways. In our classroom, we are always singing, dancing, laughing, and exploring new concepts.
