Welcome to Class 104

My  name is Maritza Ortega, the students call me Mrs. Ortega. I worked as a preschool paraprofessional in West New York, NJ, which motivated me to study for my Bachelor's Degree at Kean University, and certificate at Montclair state University. I began working as a preschool teacher in 2017. In April of last school year, I started working here at Edmund Hmieleski ECC and being part of this wonderful work team in the Dual Language Program as a preschool teacher. I feel enormously proud to be part of this program in which we teach Spanish to this young generation who would be our future leaders and professionals.  My paraprofessional is Mrs. Yomara  Arias. The students call her Mrs. Arias, she has been in this school district for many years.
