Hello! My name is Christine Leehr.  I have been teaching for 18 years, and am starting my 19th year for the 2020-2021 school year.  This is my 5th year within the Perth Amboy School District.  I am a special education teacher, currently working in a third grade inclusion class.  This is my third year teaching 3rd grade inclusion.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a dual certification in elementary and special education.  My Master's Degrees are in the areas of Education and Reading Specialist.   

I believe that teaching children should be done by collaborating with teachers, parents, counslers, administration and with every adult that touches the student's lives throughout their day.  Working together we can assure our students/children become life long learners, and learn to apply their best efforts throughout their learning careres.
