Greetings Parents,   

My name is Mrs. Randolph and I am honored to be your child’s teacher this year.  I am very excited to have him/her in our class.  I have very high expectations for all my learners and believe that every child in our classroom will achieve the skills they need, and will gain the self-confidence and responsibility to excel in school this year as well as in the future. I will also be co-teaching with Mrs. Bloss, Ms. Morales, and Mr. Huzar (grade 3). They are all excellent teachers.

I will assist your child to read and write on or above grade level, which will cross over to understanding and mastering the foundations of mathematics. A focus will also be on their social and emotional wellness, which only adds towards proven success for a positive learning experience.  I will do my best for each of my students to grasp the ideas and lessons I teach.  If, throughout the year, you have any questions or concerns about your child’s progress, please do not hesitate to contact me. 

I know your child will be successful this year if we all work together, and their dreams and academic goals will be met.  Part of working together involves the need for a well-organized virtual classroom, where the children enjoy the learning process. To help with this, I have compiled a set of classroom rules and expectations. 

The students and I will discuss the requirements necessary to have an understanding of what needs to be done to have a productive classroom environment.  I will ensure that you also have a copy to review the rules and expectations so you and your child will understand what is to be expected throughout the year.
