Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Guardians,                                                                                                                            

I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated educators that have been charged with the tremendous privilege and responsibility of being the bridge that connects and prepares our incoming Middle School students to the Main Campus.

My educational career has brought me from Barringer High School, Newark, New Jersey, where I taught Aerospace/Aviation Technology to Piscataway High School, Piscataway, New Jersey, where I taught PLTW Project Lead the Way Digital Electronics Engineering and held the position of Supervisor of the Practical Arts, Family & Consumer Science and Business Departments.

I served as Vice Principal of McGinnis Middle School before moving to the Main Campus where I served as the 10^th Grade Vice Principal. During my time in Perth Amboy I have had the opportunity to work closely with a variety of educational professionals, parents, guardians and community members.

I hold a Master of Education from Saint Peters University, Jersey City, New Jersey, and a Bachelor of Aviation Science with an Aviation Technology minor from Eastern New Mexico University. I served in the United States Marine Corp as a Jet Mechanic and I am also a licensed Federal Aviation Administration Air frame & Power Plant Inspector (Airplane Mechanic).

Together we will focus on providing a safe and nurturing student-centered learning community that fosters respect for individual differences.  The high expectations, which have been established by our competent and dedicated team of educators, will be maintained while ensuring that the social emotional and academic needs of all of our students are met.

By partnering with our parents, guardians and talented staff, we will ensure that the necessary framework is in place to develop the character, confidence and skills required to be productive college and or career ready citizens.

My educational philosophy of empowering, inspiring and motivating our students to work hard and aspire to dream big is rooted in the belief that, “Together We Can Achieve More”. This can only happen in a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels welcomed and valued.
