           Welcome to sixth grade! I am Mrs. Vicente.  I'll be your children's Language Arts Teacher. This is my 26th year of teaching: I taught Spanish Language Arts at Perth Amboy High School for 5 years, and I have been teaching different subjects here at Shull for the past 20 years. I am very excited about starting this school year, and I am looking forward to meeting all of you! I have great expectations and goals that will make this school year of learning fun and enjoyable.  
     
          I graduated from Kean University in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Bilingual Education and Spanish as a Second Language. I am certified to teach Elementary Education K-8, Bilingual education K-8, and Spanish  K-12. In May 2015, I received my Master's Degree in Spanish from Salamanca University.
     
          I love to travel and see the world, read and listen to music, and I am passionate about teaching!
