  • ABOUT ME:

I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Perth Amboy.   I graduated from Perth Amboy High School in 2001.  I graduated from Kean University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education K-12.  In 2020, I earned my master's degree in Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University.

I chose to become an educator because of my desire to make a difference in children's lives. I am dedicated to educating children about how to lead a healthy lifestyle and to improve physical fitness and mental and emotional health through a quality Health and Physical Education program.

Physical Education is based on the premise that physical activity and participation are important for ALL students, regardless of athletic skill or ability. I want to help students develop skills, knowledge, and positive behaviors and attitudes to maximize success in multiple sports/activities, with the intent of furthering their enjoyment and lifelong participation. This program will teach them the importance of staying active, sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for themselves and others.
