Welcome to 6th Grade ELA!

I am honored to be your child's Language Arts teacher this year. This is my 15th year teaching Language Arts in a middle school setting, and this is my 7th year at William C. McGinnis Middle School. I graduated from William Paterson University of New Jersey in 2010 with a double major in both Elementary Education and English Literature. I also completed my Master's in School Administration at Rowan University in December 2023!

My certifications include K-5, as well as Language Arts Middle School Specialization in grades 5-8. I believe in you, your children, and the mission of our school and district. Please check Google Classroom frequently for assignments, projects, and homework updates. It is important that we work together to help the students in all their successes.
