K-8 Bilingual Summer Program

Dates: July 6 - July 30, 2021

Time: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Locations: K-4 at Richardson and 5-8 at McGinnis

Curriculum Focus: LAL and Math basic skills

Program is only open to EL’s in levels 1 and 2 who have shown significant academic deficits this year.

Due to the global pandemic and the remote learning environment, we need to ensure that our students are provided with reinforcement of grade-level skills and concepts aligned to the curriculum and standards. This will help to prepare them for the upcoming 2021-22 school year.  Students in grades K-8 will be provided the opportunity for supplemental support in language arts and math.

Students will be selected for the K-8 program using STAR scores and teacher recommendations. The program will focus on students in Levels 1 and 2.  All students in Levels 3 will participate in the General Education Summer Programs.
