Food Service During Remote Instruction
Dear Perth Amboy School District Community,
The safety and well-being of students, staff, and the entire Perth Amboy School Community has been at the core of the decisions made during this crisis. As a result, the District will implement a modified meal distribution schedule.
Starting on Monday, January 25th, we will revert to a Monday, Wednesday and Friday meal distribution schedule. Meal distribution times will remain the same at 10:30 am –1:30 pm at all district schools, except for the Dual Language School in Fords, Perth Amboy Adult School, and the 9th Grade East Campus. We will continue to distribute meals at the Perth Amboy Recreation Center located at 1 Olive Street from 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm. The following distribution sites will be serving two (2) nutritious, grab and go breakfast and lunch during that time. Students and parents have the option of going to any of the school sites closest to their home to pick up meals. Meals are free for all children under 18 for the 2020-2021 school year, regardless of their eligibility.

Pick up sites will be set up in the main entrance of each school where all CDC Guidelines and social distancing protocols will be in place. ID cards are not required at this time.
