• Lesson Practice Log

    Please mark in each of these boxes how many minutes you have spent playing your instrument at home. You need to spend a minimum of 30 minutes a day. These minutes should be based on your goals. Each student must turn in a log at your lesson. Each Log goes towards your HW grade. Log will not count if not completely filled out and signed by a parent or guardian.  In order to receive an A you must have 150+ minutes of practice.

    Practice logs will be graded based upon the following scale:

    A+ 150 or more minutes

    A   120-149 minutes

    A-  90-119 minutes

    B+ 75-89 minutes

    B   60-74 minutes B- 50-59 minutes

    C   30-49 minutes

    D   1-29 minutes

    F-   no minutes

    Practice logs will be accepted one day late with a one-grade penalty.
