April 8, 2020: It’s Empanada Day
Good morning boys and girls. How are you doing? Hugs and kisses go all xoxoxo. I miss you and can’t wait to see you all again. Let’s get started on today’s activities.
Today is Wacky Wednesday, April 8. The weather is warm and sunny. The temperature is 57 degrees. Go outside and toss a ball or something else that you can toss to someone in your home. For the S activity, each time you toss it say something that begins with the S sound, like supper, snake or sun. Do this until you can’t think of anymore words. How many words do you think of?
Let’s sing our morning songs; Good Morning, The Pocket Song and the Wheels on the Bus.
Weekly Book Activity: Listen to the Freight Train. As you listen, name the cars on the train. BOX CAR, ENGINE and so on.
Let’s pretend were in blocks. Use boxes and make a train. Use your imagination and be creative. Take a picture and send it to me. Don’t for get to label your boxes (engine, box care, caboose)
A fun book to also read is Ollie’s Easter Egg
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2JTAvOZ7kno
Since it’s empanada day make an empanada. You can draw a picture, crate one on the computer or use paper plates to make one. Please send a picture. Don’t forget to put your make and date on your work if you can.
Remember to practice your s’s and 3’s.
Music And Movement-Find Jean Feldman songs on YouTube. Pick one and sing and move with her.
Try this fun activity.
