Good morning boys and girls how are you on this Thankful Thursday. Because it is Thankful Thursday I want you to do a special activity for all our Communality Workers who are still working to keep you safe and well. (doctors, nurses, food store workers, garbage collectors, firefighters, ambulance drivers just to name a few) Make a Thank You sign for these workers and posted it somewhere safe outside you home. Send me a picture of it. Thank you. I know they will love it too.

Buenos días chicos y chicas cómo están en este Jueves Agradecido. Porque es Jueves Agradecido quiero que hagas una actividad especial para todos nuestros Trabajadores Comunales que todavía están trabajando para mantenerte a salvo y bien. (médicos, enfermeras, trabajadores de tiendas de alimentos, recolectores de basura, bomberos, conductores de ambulancias sólo para nombrar algunos) Haga un letrero de agradecimiento para estos trabajadores y lo publicó en un lugar seguro fuera de su casa. Envíame una foto. Gracias. Sé que a ellos también les encantará.

Let’s begin school. Today is Thankful Thursday, April 3, 2020.  The weather is cloudy and cold. The temperature is 40 degrees. Today’s topic is Artsy Thursday, so be creative with your sigh.

Empecemos la escuela. Hoy es Agradecido Jueves, 3 de abril de 2020.  El clima está nublado y frío. La temperatura es de 40 grados. El tema de hoy es el Jueves Artístico, así que sé creativo con tu suspiro.

Activity:

Paper towel tube painting

Using paint, dip the rim of the paper towel roll into the paint. Press it down on the paper, covering the whole paper. Encourage children to overlap circles. Put paper to dry. Discuss with your child what colors they would like to use. Once their paper is dry, have them color each circle in different colors. Once completed, hang up for everyone to see.
