HOSA is an important Professional Organization within the Health Sciences Academy.The purpose of the HOSA (Health Occupation Student Association) Organization is to develop leadership and technical HOSA skill competencies through a program of motivation, awareness and recognition, which is an integral part of the Health Science Education instructional program. The mission of HOSA is to enhance the delivery of compassionate, quality healthcare by providing opportunities for knowledge, skill and leadership development of all health science education students, helping the students meet the needs of the healthcare community.HOSA membership is open to all students in the Health Sciences Academy.Our HOSA chapter will also be involved in community programs to bring awareness to health issues within the community and to work with healthcare facilities in Perth Amboy to grant HOSA members real world experiences.Advisor: Mr. NiebojeskiMeets: First Tuesday of the monthRoom:3103:15 - 4:00 p.m.
