Mrs. Maria A. Mintmier

 
Hello! My name is Maria Mintmier, and I'm thrilled to say this is my 6th year teaching at Perth Amboy High School. I love being part of the Perth Amboy School community. I enjoy developing relationships with my students, helping them to grow as knowledgeable, compassionate young adults who will make a difference in the world. I am dedicated to engaging students in learning, helping them to become critical thinkers and prepare them for life after high school. I graduated from Kean University with a bachelor's degree in English Education and am currently pursuing my master's degree in Special Education.  This year, I will be teaching CP English III, English III Honors and Test Skills. Currently, I live in Lakewood with my husband. We have four children and four grandchildren. I enjoy cooking, reading, and motorcyle riding with my husband.
