    Senior Chief Petty Officer (Air Warfare)

     Stanley H.Baxter USNR(TAR) MBA(GS), BSIT   


     Senior Chief Baxter was born Aug. 29th 1959, in Sacramento California to Jessie Burton and Majel Baxter. He was raised in St. Paul, Minnesota and at the age of 10 his family to El Centro, Ca. the “Heart of the Imperial Valley”.

    After graduating from High School In January of 1977, he entered the US Navy in September of that same year, attending boot camp at RTC San Diego, Ca.His first duty assignment was aboard the USS Ranger CV 61 as a V 1 Division Crash & Salvage Rescueman. In 1980 he affiliated with the Naval Reserve and drilled for two years with Naval Reserve Unit USS Constellation CV 64.  He was recalled to active duty in the Naval Reserve in December of 1982, at which time he changed rates from Aviation Boatswain Mate (Handler) to Aviation Fire Control Technician.

    After graduation from Basic Electronics & Electricity and "AQ" class "A" school his duty assignments included: 

    Naval Air Reserve Alameda AIMD, Alameda, CA

     Attack Squadron Three Zero Five (VA  305), Naval Air Station, Point Mugu, CA

    Strike Fighter Squadron Three Zero Five (VFA 305), Naval Air Station, Point Mugu, CA

     Carrier Air Group Three Zero (CAG 30), NAS Miramar, CA 

    Naval Air Facility Washington, DC AIMD, Washington, DC 

    Helicopter Anti Submarine Light Eight Four(HSL 84) NAS North Island, CA


     Helicopter Combat Support Squadron Eight Five (HC 85) NAS North Island. CA 

    Patrol Squadron SIX FOUR (VP 64), JRB Willow Grove, PA

    Fleet Logistics Support Squadron Six Four (VR 64), JRB Willow Grove, PA.

     In 2002 Senior Chief Baxter graduated from the University of Phoenix, San Diego Campus with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology where he maintained a 3.8 GPA. In 2004 he graduate from the University of Phoenix, Wayne, PA campus with a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Global Management) while maintaining a 3.92 GPA.

    He plans on using his education to serve his community as a K 12 school teacher. In the future, he hopes to pursue a Doctorate degree in Education. His hobbies are Fishing, Marksmanship & Camping  He is married to Ms. Rechelle D. Vassallo of Northeast Philadelphia, They have four Children, Patricia Dawn Vassallo, Trevor Matthew, Joseph Michael Vassallo and Brittney Ann Baxter. Senior Chief Baxter & family currently reside in Fairless Hills. PA
