"One Team, One Dream – All In."

    Our Philosophy

We believe in commitment, consistency, and community. At Perth Amboy High School, our girls' track & field program is about more than performance — it’s about purpose. We work hard, stay humble, and lift each other up. This program isn’t just a team; it’s a family. Through discipline, heart, and service, we grow into leaders, athletes, and sisters.

    Team Objective

To develop a winning, inclusive culture where every athlete—sprinter, distance runner, thrower, and jumper—is supported, challenged, and celebrated. Our goal is to compete at the highest level and prepare for success in life beyond the track.
